Job description
Customers' disputes resolution
Reporting status of disputes and follow up pending cases
Daily contact with internal departments (i.e. sales, retained team) over the phone or email
Answering e-mails / phone calls from interlocutors and customers
Preparing written communication to the customers
Customers query resolution
Candidate’s profile
Good French and communicative English skills
OTC experience will be an asset
Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
Customer service and communication skills
Multitasking & can do attitude
Good analytical skills and problem solving
High motivation to achieve targets level
Ability to organize own work day schedule
Team player
Assertiveness & high interpersonal skills
Good PC skills (Outlook/ MS Excel) & knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
