Responsibilities
Monitor events on tools
Create a ticket in incident handling tool, regarding information included in the alarm
Apply the procedure joined to the alarm if it exists
Transfer the incident to the Level 1 Support Team
Follow the actions made by all the supports teams and make an alert if no actions are provided
Ensure that SLA are respected and alert Management rules are followed and Higher Support levels are informed
Authorize and closure change operations and report
Report on all events during the shift and inform the next shift about ongoing actions
Candidate's Profile
Good French language
English language would be an advantage
Linux and Unix Operating systems (basic level)
Database and Middleware software (basic level)
Network IP equipments: switch, router, load balancer, firewall …etc (basic level)
Operation tools (Monitoring): end user level
Ticketing tools: end user level
