BRAND PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR CE
We are looking for a bright, commercially-minded Brand Partnerships Coordinator to support the Brand Partnerships team based in Discovery’s Warsaw office. The team is responsible for all the non-standard commercial solutions sales, which includes on-air and online campaigns across several platforms and is therefore extremely important in generating revenue.
Key responsibilities:
• Effective project Management of non standard, multimedia campaigns from start to finish ensuring successful delivery across all platforms to the advertising client’s satisfaction.
• Coordinate the workflow, processes and relationships with internal departments across the Polish, Central European Region, London headquarters of Discovery and Turner Communications as well as management of external suppliers as required.
• Work closely with all internal departments to monitor and manage project timelines and costs to ensure campaign deliveries are on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all internal departmental procedures and workflows are adhered to for successful delivery of campaigns.
As the ideal candidate you are expected to:
• be creative and open-minded
• has proven success in client service within the media industry & sales
• has previous experience and very strong skills in project management
• has excellent communication skills,
• fluency in Polish and English essential
• has strong understanding of TV planning, monitoring (AGB) and scheduling systems and processes
• has IT competency in Excel, Word, Power Point (Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design experience is an advantage)
• experience in TV and on-line production coordination is an advantage.
