Duties of the new managing director will include managing the company in Poland and further development of the agency as well as widening its competence in the area of marketing communication and strategic consultancy. One of the tasks will also be a continued integration of Ciszewski MSL, Ciszewski MSL Marketing Sportowy and MSLGROUP Social Hive companies, which will provide the agency clients with a synergic approach to the projects being carried out and will create new opportunities for cooperation.

Zofia Bugajna specialises in strategies of consumer marketing and administering the brand. She joined the company in 2010 as the director for marketing communication of Ciszewski Marketing Sportowy, and then built the consumer marketing department of Ciszewski Public Relations. Her team, which consists of 35 consultants, services such long-term customers as Discovery, HJ Heinz, Carlsberg, LG or Dulux.
During her professional career Bugajna has advised and worked on the development of strategy of the campaigns, platforms, planning and implementation of projects of various brands in many sectors and markets. She has cooperated with large firms from the FMCG industry such as P&G, Coca-Cola, LVMH, Unilever, Reckitt, Benckiser and NIVEA Beiersdorf. Projects conducted by her have been repeatedly awarded and nominated for prestigious both Polish and international awards such as IPRA Golden World Award, Golden Drum, European Excellent Award, Złote Spinacze and Impactors. Prior to joining MSL Zofia was a marketing manager in Gemius. Her professional experience also includes working for international network agencies – Edelman and RSCG Sensors (currently Havas PR Warsaw). Zofia Bugajna has also been an academic teacher of the Warsaw University for three years.
