TPSA reaction on GN’s press releases
In the last couple of days, DPTG has started a series of enforcement proceedings in countries where TPSA has no relevant assets. These actions have not lead to any financial gain for DPTG. The only purpose of these propaganda initiatives is to force TPSA to acquiesce in the partial award rendered on 24 August 2010. They are, however, no threat and do not impress TPSA. TPSA, in due course, will assert its rights in the best interest of its shareholders in particular in the setting aside proceedings pending at the Vienna Commercial Court and at the competent Polish courts.
